Female Founder Room was created as an intentional space for women founders to connect beyond surface-level networking, have honest conversations, and learn from other women actively building businesses.
Over the past 15+ years, Lauren has helped hundreds of founders navigate growth, delegation, leadership, hiring, and the messy middle of entrepreneurship. After co-founding and building her own business from the ground up—including achieving 97% growth in a single year through a few intentional shifts and scaling to seven figures by year 10—she knows firsthand that some of the biggest breakthroughs happen through the right conversation, at the right time, with the right people.
Lauren created Female Founder Room because she wanted to build more than another networking event or lunch. She wanted to create the kind of room where dedicated female founders can talk about what’s really happening in their businesses, learn from one another, build meaningful relationships, and grow together.
Because entrepreneurship wasn't meant to be done alone.
